Yes. We can host any existing domain name, even if you did not register it through Inspiratech 2000 Ltd. You will need to ask the company that registered the domain name to change the domain name servers as follows.

For all our Windows 2000 & Linux hostings except the Linux Business hosting the domain name servers are:

Primary domain name server IP address	ns1.livedns.co.uk 213.171.192.250

For our Linux Business hosting the domain name servers are:

Primary domain name server IP address	ns.host4u.net 209.150.128.30

Changes to domain name servers usually take about 24 hours to become effective. Most companies do not charge for changing the domain name servers, but some do. Please check first.

What happens when I purchase a domain name online?

When we receive your order we send you an email confirming that an application has been made to register the domain name. Although the appropriate domain name database is updated immediately to reflect your purchase, the database available on the Internet may only be updated two or three times a day. So, it may be 24 hours before a name search shows that your name is registered.

What happens when I purchase a hosting online?

When we receive your order we send you an email confirming that a hosting has been allocated to you. If at the same time you also purchased a domain name from us we set up the hosting to work with that domain name. If no domain name was purchased we will ask you to send us the domain name to be used with the hosting. Once the hosting has been set up with the domain name we will send you ftp details so that you can upload your files onto the site.
